19. Wristband Assignment Management

Manages and tracks the assignment of wristbands linked to lockers.

📌 19.1. Wristband Assignment Overview​

Displayed Data:​

FieldDescription
ID (#)Unique identifier for each wristband.
Wristband CodeUnique wristband identifier assigned to a user.
Locker OrderBooking reference that links the wristband to a locker.
Box NumberAssigned locker box number.
GenderUser’s gender for locker assignment.
Device NumberLocker device number associated with the wristband.
ActionsProvides options to manage locker assignments.

🔍 19.2. Filtering & Search Options​

  • Search Bar → Locate specific wristbands using Locker Order, Device Number, or Wristband Code.

⚙️ 19.3. Wristband Management Actions​

Actions Menu:​

  • Release Locker → Removes the assigned locker from the wristband and makes it available for reassignment.
  • Delete All → Clears all wristband assignments.

➕ 19.4. Adding & Assigning Wristbands​

Process:​

  1. Click the "Add New Wristband" button.
  2. Enter the Wristband Code.
  3. Select the Locker Order & Device Number.
  4. Click Save to confirm the assignment or Cancel to discard changes.

🔗 19.5. Interconnection & Functionality​

  • Wristbands are linked to locker access for secure and efficient user management.
  • The Release Locker action ensures quick reallocation of locker spaces.
  • Bulk Deletion allows resetting all wristband assignments when required.
