18. Locker Devices Management

Manages and tracks locker devices assigned to users.

📌 18.1. Locker Devices Overview​

Displayed Data:​

FieldDescription
ID (#)Unique identifier for each locker device.
Device NumberUnique locker code (e.g., AT0004).
Device LocationIndicates the locker placement (Men’s Room or Women’s Room).
StatusIndicates if the locker device is Active or Inactive.
ActionsOptions for managing locker devices.

🔍 18.2. Filtering & Search Options​

  • Search Bar → Locate specific locker devices by Device Number or Location.
  • Filter by Status → Active | Inactive

⚙️ 18.3. Locker Device Actions & Management​

Available Actions:​

  • Release All Lockers → Clears all locker assignments.
  • Edit Device → Modify the device number or location.
  • Set Active/Inactive → Enables or disables the locker device.

➕ 18.4. Adding & Editing Locker Devices​

📋 Process:​

  1. Click the "Add New Device" button.
  2. Enter the Device Number.
  3. Select Device Location (Men’s Room or Women’s Room).
  4. Click Save to confirm or Cancel to discard changes.

🔗 18.5. Interconnection & Functionality​

  • Locker devices are linked to user bookings to ensure secure locker access.
  • The Release All Lockers function resets assignments when required.
  • Proper tracking prevents mismanagement of locker availability.
